So many times when we are recruited for the newest MLM sensation, we are often told that we can start our business "on a shoestring" and that all we have to do is maintain our monthly fee to keep "our place" in the organization structure.  We can use "free marketing" to promote our network marketing businesses.

I am here to tell you that using "free marketing" exclusively is one of the quickest ways to mlm frustration and failure.  Why? Because EVERYBODY is using those no cost marketing methods.  Those markets are so saturated that you might as well go out and knock on doors in your neighborhood.  Oh, you will eventually sign up someone, but will they stay signed up?  What do you have to teach them?  How to knock on doors?

Like it or not, you need to use paid advertising ... that's right, PAID advertising!  Your sponsor most likely won't tell you that.  Why?  Because he doesn't want to scare you away and is trying to sell you on how "easy" this opportunity is, and secondly, he doesn't want to reveal where HE is finding his recruits.  After all, no good fisherman will share his fishing hole with anybody .... right?
