You would expect your doctor to stay up to date with the most recent drugs and treatments, so shouldn't you expect the same of yourself?  Shouldn't you read all the magazines and books in your field of network marketing? Shouldn't you attend as many MLM workshops as you possibly can?  Of course you should.  If you want to run the best business and be the best resource you possibly can to your team, then you should be constantly learning and improving your skills.

You have to realize that to attract people to your team, you have to be able to improve them and be able to make them winners.  This is the only way to build a successful team.  You need to become intimate with your product line and you need to become a master trainer.
